KOJO SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. DELIVERY COVERAGE
We are currently delivering within Karachi only. 
Nationwide delivery across Pakistan is coming soon — 
follow @kojo.toys to be the first to know.

2. DELIVERY CHARGES
FREE delivery on all orders above Rs. 3,000.

For orders below Rs. 3,000, you may choose:
- Express Delivery — Rs. 450 (1-2 working days)
- Regular Delivery — Rs. 250 (2-3 working days)

3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
- Express Delivery: 1-2 working days within Karachi
- Regular Delivery: 2-3 working days within Karachi

Delivery times begin once your order is confirmed and 
dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays 
are processed the next working day.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION
All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch. 
Please ensure your contact number and complete Karachi 
delivery address are correct to avoid delays.

5. PAYMENT METHODS
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash on arrival
- Bank Transfer — pay in advance via bank transfer

6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once dispatched, we will share delivery updates via 
WhatsApp so you can follow your order.

7. FAILED OR DELAYED DELIVERIES
- If you are unavailable, the courier will usually 
  attempt redelivery
- Repeated failed deliveries due to incorrect information 
  may result in the order being returned
- Delays beyond our control will always be assisted by 
  our team

8. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, contact us on WhatsApp 
within 3 days with photos. Covered under our Return & 
Refund Policy with free replacement or refund.
